Cancellations and Returns

After you place your order, we will begin processing it immediately. Once the order has been placed, we recommend that you notify us within 24 hours in order to change or cancel your order. Before your order enters the painting process, it may be possible to cancel or change your order, but once your order enters into the painting process, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days of your invoice date for a prompt and courteous refund of your purchase price. We will refund the price in full, minus the shipping and handling costs, once the painting has been received. All returns must be sent to us freight prepaid.

We reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct a charge if the item is returned in a damaged and unsaleable condition.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of oil paintings that have been altered in any way by the customer. Oil paintings ordered with any custom changes (i.e., custom sizes, custom colours, adding or deleting parts to the oil painting) can only be returned for a store credit. Please note that for international customers, customs charges and import/excise taxes are not refundable.

How to Return your item?

Please inform us at info@avenueart.co.uk to notify us that you would like to return an order for a refund. Be sure to specify the order number, item and the reason for the return and we will then get back to you with shipping instructions. Once the item is received by us and checked, we will then issue you a full refund within 3 working days. The refund will be completed via the same method of payment used to pay for the purchase originally. We can only issue a refund only if you follow our shipping instructions. Please return the product via a trackable delivery method to ensure that the package is not lost during shipping. We cannot issue a refund for lost products.
